How to add Bookmark Icon to Player as seen on foliovision demo page?

Hello,
I just browsed your ‘Audio Tracks’ demo page
https://foliovision.com/player/demos/mp3-in-fv-player#mp3-via-cloudfront

All the audio players have this ‘magical’ Bookmark button in the control bar.
Once clicked a pop up asks to enter a chapter and save it to ‘My Video Bookmarks page’.

How to add this button? How to get the bookmark data from database?
