Can I use vimeo plus instead of vimeo pro for hosting?

When you go to the vimeo website, it says that you need the pro version for external player support. Will the FV player pro still work with a vimeo plus plan?

Yes it will. Pro offers more space, 250gb per year is often too little for online video.
