Autoplay does not appear to be working in Google Chrome or Safari on a Mac, however it is working in Firefox. We have not tested on Windows. We are using FV Player Pro version 6.6.7 and FV Player version 6.6.6.
Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106.
Safari Version 11.1.2 (13605.3.8).
macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6.

Google changed rules for video autoplay so that might the cause of the problem here. Google Chrome autoplay restriction restricts the video play if you never visited the page before.To get working autoplay in latest Google Chrome you can upgrade to FV Player 7 Beta. To do so use the “Release” drop down on top of Settings -> FV Player. More information can be found here: https://foliovision.com/2018/06/fv-player-7-beta. With FV Player 7 Beta (as used on foliovision.com) the autoplay still works, but in silent mode. Chrome remembers that you saw a video on that site in the future, increases the MEI score and further videos autoplay just fine.
