Your VAT registration form is NOT working. After few tries i find out that:
… the VAT number in the check out registration form should be with a space between the country code and the number. This is something very unusual …then the post code didn’t mach the city – i am 1000% sure that this is the correct post code.
In conclusion it is a mistake or a way to get some more $$

I found the bug and fixed it – the empty space at the start of your VAT code did cause the issue with the country detection.
Now it will work properly.
