I’m using elements, I create a section, inside it I embed the fv player shortcut, and it’s loaded from an essential grid Lightbox.
if i see the post made with elementor fvplayer work well, but with essentia grid, i load the post on Lightbox fail play button from fv player. i hope you understanme. my url is : https://edumultimodal.com. my mobile is motoroll moto play z2 with android. why did you decide not to use the FV Player lightbox function? This way it’s just more complex. Although I see that with Essential Grid you are able to load each item with Ajax.
Please try to disable the dragging or touch destures for the lightbox and it should work.

Hi, I need to have this functionality for my clients, they want it. The ligthbox works with vimeo, youtube, videl html5 work well. I would really like to use fv player pro, for me it is excellent.

that Essential Grid seems to use Fancybox for the lightbox effect, just like FV Player.
But there is something handling swipe and perhaps other gestures on mobile devices and that is blocking our player from starting the playback. That’s why my recommendation is:
Please try to disable the dragging or touch destures for the lightbox and it should work.
We also have a paid service to make FV Player work with your theme: https://foliovision.com/downloads/making-player-theme Perhaps you would prefer that, although if code your own themes, we can provide more troubleshooting steps to you to figure this out.

hi, I have tried with motorola lenovo z2 play android 8.0 , huawei P9 android 9.1, iphone xsmax it does not work, we did the test with the two mobile devices, no work.

Making FV Player Work with Your Theme is a one time fee for solving the issues and leaving you instructions to make sure it continues to work.
The conflict over FancyBox between EssentialGrid and FV Player is a structural issue which will require a proper solution. If you are building a production website and not a proof of concept or low traffic website, I’d be very worried about the effect which Essential Grid will have on page load times.
That said, we’d be happy to troubleshoot it for you as that service.

PS. Martin, here’s a good writeup on what EssentialGrid does with a look at a lot of the options. The author praises EssentialGrid but in the end admits the performance issues.

There isn’t any such gesture is applied to the lightbox neither from dashboard setting nor from dynamic code, and the control panel is working which is under grid’s element but the play button area is covering under flowplayer which isn’t touchable. please try to put in a some HTML form instead of FV Player. Will you be able to type into the form input fields which open in such lightbox popup?
When I was asking you to disable the mobile touch gestures I was assuming that the Essential Grid plugin might be using these. Since there is no option to disable it, perhaps it’s their default.
So is their plugin designed to show anything besides simple images which open some post when clicked?
