Hello, so I have an issue and I am not sure what’s caused it because they have worked since I purchased the plugin. But the video ads are acting as though they are playlists and sometimes they aren’t loading.
Have a look (video is about half way through the page).

After messing around with it a bit, it’s got something to do with the playlist.
So
Horizontal: Doesn’t load ad but loads ad link
Tabs: Doesn’t load ad or link at all
Prev/Next: Dosen’t load ad but loads ad link
Vertical: Doesn’t load ad but loads ad link
Slider: Doesn’t load ad but loads ad link

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue. You can check how it works for us here https://foliovision.com/player/demos/roll-custom-video -> “Playlist”.
Please check if you are using last FV Player (6.4) and latest FV Player Pro (0.9.14). Otherwise there might be an issue, although we would like to avoid it. One of our goals is to provide less updates to users who are not on FV Player Pro Beta release.
FV Player 7 (in beta testing by some of the users) also improves the video ads serving – they are served even if you hit a playlist item directly and there is an option to show the ads even in between the videos.

OH I’m on Version 0.7.41 for pro. Where can I download an update?
For some reason my account is not allowing me to download the latest version of the plugin. It says I need to renew, but i was unaware there was a renewal? I’ve been a fvplayer pro user since 2015 and have never seen a renewal, is that new?

Hi Nate,
I already answered this via email, but just to let other users know – FV Player Pro license is valid for one year after the purchase. You can renew it before expiration for $ 28.00, or any time after it expires for $ 58.00. You can use the Pro plugin without a renewed license as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive updates.

Thank you Eduard! I have gone ahead and updated to the latest version, however, the video ads still are not able to load.

Videos ads have been fixed by updating plugin and deleting all old ads and creating new ones.
