Sound is muted when I click chapters (when not logged)

Hi there

As you can see here : https://www.yooplay.fr/lessons/song-2-chant-guitare-debutant/
When press play everything is fine (video + sound) but if I click on the left chapters sound is muted (when you are a visitor “not logged”)
I don’t have this problem when I’m logged…

I can see the problem you’re describing. Please, send us over the contents of Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System Info.

Hello Circec,

we have prepared the bugfix for the next FV Player Pro beta release.

To get it right now please deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using, then hit “Install Pro extension” at the top of the wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player screen.

Then switch to Beta: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/switching-fv-player-pro-to-beta
