Safari unable to exit Full Screen

Running into a problem with safari 10.1 and 11 where clicking the full screen icon does not exit full screen mode, to exit user must hit esc key.

After escape key is hit, the player exits full screen but icon is still showing in the full screen state and still does nothing on click.

Seems to be duplicate of this bug reported directly to flow player – https://github.com/flowplayer/flowplayer/issues/1270
The bug was listed as fixed in flowplayer 7.2 but foliovision is running version 6.0.

Is there a workaround or solution for this ?

Hello Brian,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Some users have already pointed it out and we are working on it. It should be fixed with the release of FV Player 7. I tested some of our internal demos of FV Player 7 and the fullscreen button worked normally in Safari.

The update to core version 7 should be released in the upcoming weeks.
