1/ player not showing the skip button after 5 seconds of late, 2/ playing automatically even when not enabled. 3/ once it would fill the whole screen landscape style once ones mobile, now its just normal portrait when you click full screen on the phone . All was working well before

Can you send us a link to the example video where we can see the issue? Also information what device, OS and browser you’re using would be helpful. What is the current version of FV Player you’re using?

Both pc and andriod the player just plays out the commercial and the option that each browser plays the Ad once doesnt work any more it plays each and eveytime

It looks like you are are using an overlay ad ( set up in FV player settings > actions > ads) for “abnormal processor”. I could not see any pre-roll/post-roll custom ads. The overlay ad has no option like custom ads to be shown only once for each browser. There is also no skip button. It always plays unless you disable it globally or for individual video.
