I get a lot of complaints lately from site users about all sorts of issues with the video player.
Sometimes the video works but you hear nothing, even though I did not mark the video to be muted.

Thank you for reporting about the issues.
Do they occur on desktop or also on mobile devices, and in any specific browser?
Could you please also send us over the contents of Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools -> System Info, and the URLs to such problematic videos where we can see the issue?

First, please use our Admin Video Checker on the problematic videos to make sure the videos encoding doesn’t have any issues, here’s how to: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/how-to-use-video-checker.
If the Checker doesn’t show any issues, would it be possible to send us only a link/URL to the problematic muted video/s? We need this to see the video playback directly on your website to find out if there isn’t any potential theme/plugin conflict.
You can send it to us via revealit.me if you don’t want your link to be public.
