iphone and ipad with ios12 do not show video stream

hi, i’m trying to use your player with a cloudfront linke, it works with chrome on a windows machine very well, but all I get are spinning white blocks on my iphone xs max and ipad 4 mini, using safari and chrome.

Hi xaviervasquez,

Can you send us a link to your stream so we can test it? Alternatively you can also submit the file through our video checker. The way the video checker works is that you need to come in as admin and open the video checker and send us a report about the video. It works on desktops.
