FV Player button no longer there?

All of the sudden when I go to create or edit a post/page the FV Player button is gone. (Screenshot attached)
All my current videos are all playing fine, just can’t add any.
How can I get the FV Player button back??

Are you using a page builder plugin on your website? If so, which one?

Could you please also tell us when did this issue start and which version of FV Player are you using?
