Please see attached image; I should not be seeing that logo in the bottom-left, having disabled it in preferences, cleared the cache, etc. Please advise.

    Hello Paul,

I checked your article about Sony a7R III and I couldn’t see the logo on the videos. Please let us know where exactly we can see the issue.

    Thanks,
    Martin

Thanks for taking a look. It’s at http://95theses.com/trueman and it’s visible when you start playback, then pause.

    Hello Paul,

that site won’t open but I figure out you forgot to include word “film” in the domain name. The logo shows up for that domain as there is no license created for it – you only have a single domain license.

You can either upgrade to 5 domain license for $120 or buy an extra domain for $50.

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Hi Paul!

Yes there is a valid license for focuspulling.com. But http://www.focuspulling.com/95theses/trueman/ has been permanently moved to http://95thesesfilm.com/trueman/ and that is causing interference with licensing.

    Hi Paul!

You can also consider buying add on license for $50 if you wants to keep running FV Player on both domains. For the moment add-on license only get renewed as single licenses so it’s good value.

    Thanks,

    Lucia

    Hi Paul,

There’s no reason based on multisite that you’d need to keep the videos on both domains. We have clients on multisite and their media files are on the specific domain. I.e. here’s an image from this post on a complex multisite configuration.

You are welcome to choose a domain for your license and keep your files on the same domain. Or you can purchase one of our multisite packs or a simple add-on domain. We work hard to keep our licenses simple and affordable, whether for single domain or multiple domains.

Thanks for being part of Foliovision!

Making the web work for you, Alec
