Can’t Get Rid of Watermark on FV Player Pro

I have a video on our homepage and recently I noticed the FV Flowplayer watermark now appears. How can I disable?

Visit nexthomeresidential.com and you’ll see the Play Me graphic in the middle of the page.

Hello Edward,

Please check if your licensing key is correct and if you’ve switched to FV Player Pro in your settings.

Hello Edward,

I see you are using some plugin to optimize the JavaScript loading on your website – wpo-minify.

It seems it’s hanging on to the older version of the FV Player JavaScript library, so please clear its cache and see if that helps. If not, then please deactivate that minify plugin and see if that fixes the issue.

are you using any similar plugin like Edward? Does wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Check Template report any issues?

Hi, I have a similar problem on my website.

My site runs the theme Jupiter that causes the conflict with FancyBox

The flowplayer watermark appears once you pause the video and then it stays there.
On some occasions, while logged in, it also appears right after clicking play, while the video takes time to load and begin playing.

It looks like it might also be an issue with another plugin. Try the same as advised above.

Also, make sure that your licence key is correct and you have the Pro pack enabled.

Does wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Check Template report any issues?

What do you mean my license key is correct? I purchased the FV Player license several times and currently there is no active license due to the player’s version 7.x not being compatible with my theme, but I still own the license for the installed version, I guess. Last time I purchased the license but I wasn’t able to install a single version during the half year.

Hello Ákos,

the license key for FV Player changes with each new release of Flowplayer. If you are still on version 6 you will have to use the key for that version. Please try (redacted).

Imagine, my theme (‘Jupiter’ by artbees) finally updated the included FancyBox library, so FV Player 7 seems to work fine, Yeeey!
