FV Simpler SEO short title not working on Solostream WP Bold theme

This is the theme http://www.solostream.com/wordpress-themes/wp-bold/

I changed the theme to twenty-twelve and the short title in the menu/navigation worked fine, the Solostream theme and it are just not playing nice together. :)

What can I do / change so it does? :)

Hello AardvarkGirl,

please let us know if your new template is using wp-admin -> Appearance -> Menus for the menus, or something else. Does your template provide any custom menu editor?
