VAST: video preroll don’t start everytime!

Issue #1
Some time (not everytime), simulaing slow 3G connection on Google Chrome, after click on play, the console shows an error (see screenshot1.png) and video preroll doesn’t apper (is skipped) and the youtube video starts.

Issue #2
On smartphone One Plus 3 – Android 8.0.0 – Chrome 68.0.3440.91 (last stable version) we done some debug on a semplified page of the site:

Here after click on play the first time, the video preroll doesn’t start. No errors are shown. On secon click we get a similar error as the previous issue

FV player, FV player PRO and FV player VAST are updated (I downloaded these from https://foliovision.com/my-licenses as you suggested).

Hi Marco!

We tested the link you posted with several devices on Android 8.1 on Nokia 6 and then on Galaxy S9 with Android 8.0 and Pixel with Android 8.0 but did not come across any error.

We were fixing some errors for the upcoming FV Player release and that might have been noticed by the console. However this would never cause ad to disappear/ not show up.

If you are still experiencing trouble you can enable Debug in Settings -> FV Player -> Pro Features. Also please make sure that “Limit ad playback” in “Video Ads” is off.
