Is there anything like <?php ……. tinyMCE.init ….?>
for the FCK-Editor to be called in a code executing field, i.e. Gravity forms HTML-block?
This would be a great feature and enhance flexibility enormously.

Hello hittheroadjack,
the main plugin object has fv_wysiwyg_load() function which basically does what you want. However it’s fixed to textarea with id ‘content’.
Then it would also require the main editor JS to be loaded, just like in FckLoadAdminHead().
So if you know a bit of programming, you can probably figure it out – we will be happy to include your improvements.
If this functionality is very important for your work and you are able to make a donation as either individual or group, we could be persuaded to accelerate the development for this feature.
We prefer our contact forms plain text.
Thanks,
Martin
I am no html editor nor do I know how to build this WordPress site. The guy who started this whole WordPress dropped out on me, so I took over then added the the tinyMCE and now I do NOT have rich text to see what I’m doing. I do not know html. So is this the install I need so I can actually SEE what I’m doing? Please advise asap. I am so behind and need to get to work on my site to make $$$!!!! Just want to type and it be where I want it to be.
On my home page, it’s only html. I can’t do html. I’m totally confused as you might see.
Thank you!

Hello Carrie,
reading your description of the problem, I’m not sure what could happen to your site. It looks like you are having issues with the default WordPress editor – tinyMCE. There is probably conflict with some other plugin, or you have visual editor disabled in your WordPress User preferences.
You might try to install our plugin and see if it works on your site, if the default editor is broken.
Thanks,
Martin
