After full screen on the mobile device, touch may be prohibited in the upper part of the control bar. The cancel full screen button in the upper right corner and the playback and pause, speed steps. None of them can be used.

Yes, in FV Player double tapping the video on the left or right side seeks forward or rewinds the video by 10 seconds when using mobile.
But this feature cannot be used when the player is full screen in the Pro version, there is no response when double clicking
