    Thanks Eduard. OK I went ahead and activated the MPEG-dash. I investigated and most of the complaints have been from the US actually.

    Hey Eduard, we are in USA and Estonia. Not sure where that particular user was. Just checked the hosting settings and MPEG-DASH is not selected. should it be?
