The culprit appears to be Grammarly:
When I disable it the scroll bar reappears.
The Grammarly add-on for Firefox doesn’t cause this problem.
Thanks, Martin. I, too, have the height set at 30 rows.
I upgraded to Chrome 39.0.2171.95 and the situation is a little better. There’s still no scroll bar, but I can now use the down arrow or a search to get to items that are lower on the page.
Thanks, Martin. I tested my plugins and the culprit seems to be Readability: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/readability/oknpjjbmpnndlpmnhmekjpocelpnlfdi
Rats — it’s one of my favorite plugins.
Thanks. It’s working now. The image upload button is still labelled “kfm Bridge”, though. What does that mean?
