Hi Martin,
I didn’t understand what you meant, but I do now. Yes, I do think it would be good to add that to the plugin.
Alec & Martin: Thanks again for your help!
MikeHi Martin,
Thanks for looking into this.
Actually, the site is entirely private to everyone except members. Non-logged in visitors can’t get past the login page. These errors only display on the admin settings page. The videos themselves work fine. There are no issues as far as anyone but admin knows.
I appreciate Foliovision looking into this. I will be out of town today and tomorrow, so you can stop looking at it now. I can live with the error being on the settings page.
Mike
Hi Alec, I’ve gotten approval from the client. What should i list as your email for your account?
Oh GoLive, that was my first editor. I rally enjoyed it. They had a great menu plugin called Menu Machine.
I tried putting that code in my header.php using the WP editor, but it never took. I put it in there, saved, I refresh the page, and the code isn’t in there, so I downloaded the file, inserted the code and put it back up.
I’ll try again – maybe there were server glitches happening that day. Then I’ll contact my client about letting you in. Thanks very much for your help!
MichaelHi again, Alec. I’ll have to ask my client for permission; they’re a law enforcement software company, and it’s private site. I’ll get back to you on that.
I am not a .php writer, so please bear with me. I don’t understand a couple of things about the code that the foliovision site told me to put in the header.php file.
<!–[if lt IE 9]>
<script src=”<?php echo get_template_directory_uri(); ?>//cdn.foliovision.com/html5.js”></script>
<![endif]–>
I don’t understand:
(1) <!–[if lt IE 9]> and <![endif]–>
Why are they commented out? Also, why aren’t they formatted like the other if .php statements I’ve seen?(2) This part confuses me:
?>//cdn.foliovision.com/html5.js”>
I think it confuses Dreamweaver as well. I work in code mode, and I see that Dreamweaver interprets that bit as a part of the comment.
Thanks,
Mike9 years ago in reply to: javascript errorsHa ha, believe me, I’ve wanted to these past several days. I really enjoy a challenge, but only those that I think I have any chance of overcoming.
If I had the money, first thing I’d do is hire you, and second thing I’d do is head for the coast for recuperation!
Best wishes to you, as well. See you on the other thread!9 years ago in reply to: javascript errorsHi Alec,
Thanks very much for the offer. This .net issue has caused me a load of stress, but I can’t really hire anyone to help. But I do appreciate your willingness.
God Bless You,
MikeHi, Thanks for replying.
The videos play fine. The only place I see those errors is on the FlowPlayer settings page.
Thanks,

Thanks for replying. Yeah, I knew it’s not your responsibility. I was just holding out hope that maybe you had heard of the issue before and could point me in the right direction.
Thanks anyway,
Mike
