It looks like the issue was resolved, he can view the videos now! Unfortunately the videos aren’t private now, so I will need to possibly purchase the Pro version of FL Player. Is it a one-time fee or yearly?
The user said that it happened to every video they tried to play, and they couldn’t get it to play the second time. Is there any solution to this? Could I replicate it to the bucket in Frankfurt and somehow add the video link in FL Player, or would setting up Cloudfront fix this issue?
