i did do everything you said to make the video work fine audio and video
but it dose work fine with flash engine only
but with html5 engine firefox play the video then after some minutes like 5 some times 15 min and it freez the video and continue the audio only or it continue the video without oudio or freez both of them
so now i think i need your pro support becuse i need the player to work on all the browsers with the html5 engine
so if i go for you pro support you do that for me i mean make all the tweaks necessary in my theme or on my host to get it work with html5 engine on all browsers

now when i active Prefer Flash player by default the player work fine on firefox ans the video dosnt stop and dont frez
so why the blayback broken in html5 mode
i use firefox 38.0.1
how can i solve that in firefox with html5 becuse html5 give the video better improving then the flash

the video and all video start to work normal the stop a froz
and nothing help with them , and i must do refresh then they start work normal then the image stop and froz

thank you for your replay
i did used yor video checker and it give me admin video ok
but still the video working fine then after some minutes player stops to preduce the video and the image of the video stop and froz on the screen
