I don’t know the plugin version, but the change occurred recently.
The Handbrake Test video casts to TV without any problem. The fire ring video does not.

Note, the site with FV Player plugin does NOT have SSL. Your test page is “https”!!!

Could there be a dependency relating to SSL with FV Player and/or Chrome browser? Has this been tested on your side? If not, please consider such a test.
