Thanks for your response. Is there any way to force a subtitle language and to turn it on, the same that can be achieved on embed Youtube on iframe using hl=pt-br&cc_lang_pref=pt-br&cc_load_policy=1 tags?

I have asked a few people to test and they all seem to be able to go full screen on Chrome and Windows 8.1 and 10. Therefore, I believe it must be something related to users that have logged to the wordpress site as admin. Here in the office no one can get it working, but we all have logged on the admin page.

I have tried to delete cookied, logged in and logged out, restarted computer, run on incognito window but no joy. I guess as long as it works for everybody else it is ok.

I will investigate a bit further and comment here any new findings.

To answer your questions:

1) Yes, it works fine
2) All green and no issues.

Second is on Youtube and does not
