We’re also having problems with Flowplayer not playing on some iPads and some iPhones, however the issue seems to be random. I’m able to see exactly the same video on the iPad but not on my iPhone. Both have the OS5 operating system installed.
Then others in my group cannot see some of the videos on the iPad and some they can.

Unfortunately others are in a password protected area that I’m unable to give you access to. But if you could check these videos on both devices, can you tell me if any of the come up with a problem.
I have an iPad 2 and a 3GS iPhone operating both on OS5.
