Unfortunately this doesn’t make a difference. I then deleted both plugins and downloaded them from my accounts and then installed both zip files and activated them. This also did not solve the problem.
In my Settings tab I also see an old wordpress flowplayer choice (see attachment). Perhaps there is some old code preventing the upgrade?
Also, does it make a difference if I set www. before the domain name in the license manager or not?Hope you can help.

Thank you. The mousepointer location was the issue. Great that the mystery is solved; I wasn’t aware of that (forgot…probably).
I immediately purchased the 5 domain license.
