i have installed you plug-in on WP 4.2.2
I disabled it , but the URLs remain changed like this:

my_domain.com/my_cateogry

i wat to bring back

my_domain.com/category/my_category1
my_domain.com/category/my_category2
my_domain.com/category/my_category3

How?Please help
