“Amazon S3 Ajax” was not turned on, so I turned it on, saved changes and then cleared the site cache for good measure.
Is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I do suspect it’s related to cache, because as soon as the browser is refreshed, the video loads fine. This only occurs with embedded videos.
I know I have JS errors…but I’m not very skilled in this area so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot.
