I really installed and activated the pro version I purchased. and anyway it does not work even the integration with vi.ai automatic advertisements in fact do not start despite having connected the vi.ai account to the plugin
it’s less than a week since I’ve gotten your plug-in, but I’ve regretted it already. Probably (indeed certainly) I have not been able to configure it properly, but not receiving any support is inadmissible!
I ask to be immediately reimbursed and that my license will vanish!The site is https://www.nuovouniverso.it and the code I do not know what you mean … for the moment the prerolls are deactivated but the vi.ai advertisements are active but they do not appear
