Hi Martin,
Yes, changing that order did the trick, thank you. I am pleased with the result. Thank you for your quick response.
By the way, have you considered using a plugin such as Mobble to detect the type of device / screen? I have had good success with this plugin.
Kind regards,
Dave
9 years ago in reply to: quality switchingHi Martin,
I have my videos prepared now, but even with the sample videos, I cannot seem to make the default quality appear. For example, if I prefer to have the SD version shown, the HD version comes up. Please can you check this page please?

Thanks

9 years ago in reply to: quality switchingHi
I have made a test page http://davidburnett.co.uk/flowplayer-test-page/ and the videos you provided work fine. With my own video, I have warnings. I tried MP4 fast start but that doesn’t clear it. With Quicktime Pro 7, I can see the setting for “Movie Properties -> Video Track -> Other Settings turn on the “Cache (hint)”” but after that I don’t know how to save the file.
Any ideas?
Many thanks
Dave

Thanks for the fast response. I was able to download the other two files by changing the ending to -hd and -mobile.
I will let you know how I get on.
Thanks again,
Dave
