I believe what you say, but anyway some people are complaining. I will ask them for a screenshot. Maybe it has to do with something else.
We´ve been under Ddos attack a lot as well. To prevent that I enable CloudFlare Under Attack mode for a while.
Is it possible that causes problems?

For some reason, I do not know why, it is solved.
The player is exactly as I want it. Perfect!One other question: Is it possible to setup the player so that WordPress will take over a screenshot automatically from the video as a thumbnail?
