Can not play html files even blob files. How, please suggest

The first link is not a video, but a page with a video player on it. You would have to copy the video source link from that page.

When you see a blog playing in the HTML5 <video> tag, it means it uses Media Source Extensions of HTML5 which happens if it plays using a library like HLS.js or Dash.js. It’s not the actual source link of the video.
