Dear Support Team,
Our FV Player show a long list of Subtitles even no subtitles are added yet in vimeo and/or fv player. Can you advise if we miss a setting or what is causing this issue – see screenshot attached.

we added subtitles to another trailer in vimeo which show perfectkly fine in FV Player in our website. But still there is a first subtitle available not added by us?
Can you advise which setting is displaying this autogenrated subtitle?

Please send over the link to the video and preferably also your Vimeo API token. We will not publish it, but it will allow us to check why it gets so many automated subtitles for your video.

Hello Ulf,
Thank you, I see these subtitle tracks are set to not be active. So we can simply consider that flag when loading these videos in FV Player Pro.
It will be an easy fix.

what exactly do you mean by this. Where do we have to activatedd subtitles?
I send you 2 videos:
a. Having subtitles and show autogenerated subtitles once
b. Have no subtitles and show a long list of subtitles.We will have both cases where videos have subtitles in vimeo and videos where subtitles are already fixed in video so will not have additional subtitles.
Where do I have to made additional configurations for each video?

Hello Ulf,
No need to adjust anything on your end. On Vimeo you can already disable certain subtitles which is exactly what you did.
Please deactivate and delete the FV Player Pro plugin you are using, then hit “Install Pro extension” at the top of the wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings screen.
That will give you the FV Player Pro plugin with the fix which checks if each subtitles are activated or not.
