Hello.
Problem is that video shows normaly in browsers but when opening with phones etc sounds/music etc comes jigsaw, scratch noises/whitenoise…what causes that… cache etc has been deleted/refreshed all phones still occurs. wordpress newest installed. older flvplugin hasnt this problem but this was only one which works with my version.

Could you send us a link to your video so we could test this issue? Performance issues could be caused by wide variety of things, so I can’t tell before I see it.

I checked this video on Android 6.0.1 and it played fine, but when I tested it on iOS 10.3, I was indeed able to hear just some kind of static noises instead of music.
I see that you are using a self-hosted video in MP4 format, so this could be an encoding issue. Could you please take a screenshot of the Video Checker report for that video and post it here so I can take a look?

As I replied on your submission form:
I tested the bare video link in iPhone 7 (iOS 10.3) and still heard the static noises. That means the problem is not related to the player, but to encoding, so I’d suggest you re-encode it to Baseline Profile and give it a try.
