Visual splash/video in post stop working/showing, it now shows a line to click on past and present videos…now! Just today I activated/deactivated Spider video player before I noticed the posts that I was working on just showed a click-able line to show the video. The Video Lightbox effect works and shows the video. Everything other appears to show, except the video on the post page. What could have happen to remove the slash and video place holder in the posts? I have installed Jetpack and haven’t had any problems with it! The Spider, GRAND Flash Album Gallery and Jetpack have been installed for sometime. The Spider, GRAND Flash Album Gallery were activated/deactivated within 24 hours before I noticed this problem. Hi Robert,
We look forward to working through your Spider video player issues as soon as we can. Unfortunately our lead programer is away on vacation until 5 January. Could you please go back to a known working configuration for now?
Generally we do not recommend using two video players at the same time. We don’t know of any functionality in any other player which would require a second player to load on a website.

Hello Alex…I posted several new post under Martin: Sorry, I’ve been so busy that I forgot about this problem that I’m still having…in addition I posted another problem in the troubleshoot section regarding videos not posting on the page …just showing a line where the splash image and video would be normally! If you chick on the line the video popup in the light box; working fine like before. I’m not sure what happen? How can this be corrected?

I just chick it and the video is not found! Wow, it was there yesterday… and this: I don’t know what the hell is going on! All or every video that I check showed [flash: Video file not found], but they show in the editor! It was working great or at least showing when I chick the line – yesterday! Help! The only thing I can think of was I activated/deactivated Spider video and GRAND Flash Album Gallery…Two previous installed plugins. I did get a server error fv-player-pro/fp-api-private.php at 149! Maybe this is my problem?

The other problem is I’m on vacation until Jan 5th and I’m looking to get some work done in that time! I think their a permission problem? Maybe?Hello Robert,
please upgrade to FV Player Pro 0.2.6 and that will fix the lightbox issue (thin line appearing instead of splash image).
Regarding the “Video not found” error – when loading your website, it sometimes takes a while to load or some HTTP request fail with HTTP 502 error. Are you sure your server is not overloaded?
Please let us know if we missed any other issue or if you have any other problem.

MartinThanks Martin, we’re back-up and running! …regarding the server overload HTTP 502 error, I just noticed today…I plan on looking into that! I had a few browser (Aurora Firefox) updates and crashes earlier. After the second one is was when I noticed the problem with slow response…it appears to be corrected -now! I hope, but I will look into the server overload! Thanks again!
