VideoTube Theme Shortcode not support

Dear Support,
Good day! I bought the pro license and my problem is that my VideoTube wordpress theme does not support the shortcode when I am creating a new VIDEO Post, but shortcode is working when normal NEW POST or NEW Page. How to fix this problem?

Is it possible to send us a link to such problematic post or a screenshot specifying how the issue looks like when adding shortcode into a Video post?

Also, could you please send us the output of Settings -> FV Player -> Tools -> System Info?
