After a year of using your plug in, the videos have stopped working? all the uploads come with errors? I have screen shot of the error i am getting on new uploads. Shall i go back yo an old update and try that?

Thankyou for your reply, I resorted going back to an older version fv player to get this working, all was fine. But I have now logged in today and the videos were not working again. So I upgraded to the latest version and do not understand how you mean below.
Everything was perfect fine for the last year until you have done your upgrade. The AWS accounts were all connected and everything was working fine. I have never needed to put the cloud info in as the AWS were connected and have been working perfectly until your upgrade. Could you please sort this out, as I have paid for the pro version aswell.
Could please check this is working. I really need some help!!

Hello Leona,
please check wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting – it seems you have something configured not only in Amazon S3 box, but also in Cloudflare and at least one more other video hosting provider. Please ensure the domain is empty for the video hosting CDNs which you do not use in that Hosting tab.

Thanks for your reply, I do not know what you mean. I have only connected the amazon s3 and nothing else is configured, as mentioned before, this has only happened since your upgrade. Everything was working perfectly before, please help as this is a membership site and this is created huge issues. Or please give instructions so I can resolve this.

I just realised I had two fv plug ins installed, when I installed the pro version. It started to work! Not sure whats happening here, but very confusing, glad its all working!
I am happy its working, but could you let me know whats happening here? As I thought I needed the pro installer installed?

Hello Leona,
if it behaves properly without FV Player Pro, then it really suggests you have configured some other CDN in wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting.
Please check wp-admin -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Hosting -> Cloudflare – is the domain name really empty? You will have to enable FV Player Pro to be able to check it out though.
