in the above article, I can view it on some laptops and browsers, and it is not loading on others.
it is just showing (1x) on the screen with black.

Hello Rosy,
It seems that you are enforcing Flash on your website, which makes the videos incompatible with all modern mobile devices and some browsers. You can turn it off by unchecking the box Prefer Flash player by default in Settings > FV Player > Setup tab > Integrations/Compatibility.
