Start and end times are being ignored. The mp3 music plays from start to finish regardless of input values. This is mission critical as I can only play a short part of the file as a demo. Here’s the generated shortcode (hiding my file names). THANKS!
New installation. Need to play mp3 files in playlist. Only the first file in the list shows up and displays as an audio file. It plays fine. But there’s only one. I’ve tried hosting both from the AWS S3 and locally. Here’s the generated shortcode (hiding my filenames),

Using the start/end time is not good for securing your file from downloading, or restricting access to it, since the whole file can be downloaded via page source. I will move the files to a stream, which is what we currently have and is working great to secure the files. Can you solve the problem of the start/end time not being recognized?
