Site no longer loads once plugin is activated

Hey,

I am trying to make this plugin work for our site as it looks really great, but as soon as I activate it the site no longer loads. Any page I try to go to – even ones without any video content – are just blank. When I deactivate the plugin it works again. Are there known conflicts with other plugins, or should I try reinstalling?

Hi Ellie,

no we haven’t experienced conflicts with other plugins, especially not big like this one.

You can try to install the plugin again, maybe it was not installed properly, and not all files were downloaded correctly.
