Looked over the forum and the instructions but still getting this issue. I have, as per the instructions, put my link with the -sd at the end as the default quality for my video, but when you play it, it always goes to Hi no matter what I do.
Here’s my shortcode:

I’m not able to reproduce this issue. I’m noticing the HD and LD videos don’t play without the URL signature key (or perhaps they are missing?).
Could you please post the video on some page which we can access? Or can you create site access for us?
