I can hear sound on my windows smartphone (windows lumia) but the video is black. Things
were playing fine before and it is only the member page that is not working?Now that is not that important since most people use android….
I also had this other page and it works on my windows phone which is an optimizepress version 1 opt in page but when I did the same for a wishlist member page I get the audio but black screen instead of video.

please send us URLs to your file, then we can figure out what could be breaking the playback – it might be an encoding issue or an issue with our player.

thank you for your input, so it appears core Flowplayer doesn’t play on your device either. We will have a look and see if we can figure this out. I have one more test in mind which might help, but I should be able to do test with your user agent.

It is the same phone. Maybe there was an update since it would automatically?
I had updated the os to 8.1 or whatever since the earlier version couldn’t play anything but maybe they have updated the browser to remove more bugs? Haven’t paid it any attention myself?

If you can watch the stream, then there is no problem, is it? Besides that, I can’t detect FV Player on livecamcroatia.com, only Flowplayer – that’s a different software. If you want to report any issues with Flowplayer, you can create a topic on their Forum.
