problem with PLAY on Android

I install a fresh WP, and add a FV PLAYER.
I add the video (live stream from my own Wowza Serwer).
On Desktop all fine, but on mobile (never mind what of kind) i see:

When in Setup on Backend i set active: Enable HLS.js:

then on phone i get:
hlsjs-lite: Network error

when i set unactive,

HTML5: Video not find.

What to do to workingin on Android?

can you get some other stream to play? Such as https://video-dev.github.io/streams/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8

Can you get your live stream to play on you Anroid when you open it in the browser directly?
