Pre roll ads nor videos are playing

Sir, we have updated the plugin in wordpress. But the pre roll ads are not playing before the videos and not even playing the videos.

Please check the issue and solve it asap.

Hello Shintal,

sorry about the inconvenience, looking at your URL I can see the video playing.

Your page looks like there is a preroll video ad but I don’t see it in the code.

I checked the cached versions of your site and I can see it worked when you used FV Player 6.0.4.18 and FV Player Pro 0.7.5, so I’ll test upgrading from that now.
