Not able to check my licence key

Hi
I am not able to check my licence key and I receive the following message when trying to click on “Apply Pro upgrade” button.
I tried to disable all plugins (even fv player pro plugin) and still receive the same error message

What version is your FV Player Pro plugin?

Hello Sulaiman,

if you are still facing the issue, then please disable and delete the FV Player Pro plugin. Then use the “Apply Pro Upgrade” button again. The license should activate properly and you should get the latest version of FV Player Pro automatically.
