My mp4 videos from my files won’t load

I have just installed FV Player. Attempting to upload mp4 video files from my database I keep getting an error code.

Do you want to insert self-hosted videos or are you hosting somewhere else?

Please, read our installation guide and check the Server requirements to make sure that your videos use the correct mime types: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/installation.

After that, please read how to insert your videos with FV Player: https://foliovision.com/player/basic-setup/start-up-guide#insert-videos.

Hello Dare,

the issue shown on your screenshot is not related to FV Player, but the WP Media Library. It seems like there might be some issue with your server which prevents you from uploading bigger files.

To be sure it’s not related to FV Player, please deactive FV Player, try to upload the file again and see if it works. We do not process the uploaded files in any way though.

Please get in touch with your server support, they should be able to check the web server error logs for you.
