Hi,
I am having some users to email us about a “html5: Video file not found” error. I have went through and read a few of your previous posts about this and I didn’t find any answers that could help me. Is this an ongoing issue? I seen one post that dated back 9 months ago.

Hello Crystal,
That’s a common error message that our player shows to users when any issue with the video file appears.
Best would be to have access to more detailed info from your user. Please ask him which video have him this error and then try to check that video with our Admin Video checker. It will tell you more detailed info.

Thank you for that! I just now did it and got a warning and filled out the form and sent it into you guys.
Hopefully there will be some answers.
I went through and changed all the http to https and I am hoping that will do the trick.
