Hi there,
I would like to use the lightbox modus of FV Player. All is working fine, but when I open the lightbox, only the timeline of the controlbar is visible, nothing else. In your demo version all the elements of the controlbar are visible in the lightbox modus.

Hi Raddero,
This issue is often caused by some of the other plugins/or your theme using and customizing the same CSS library as FV Player for the lightbox feature. Can you please try to deactivate any suspicious plugins or switch to a basic WordPress theme and test it again?
Also, your system info could be really beneficial for us? You can find it at:
WP Admin dashboard -> Settings -> FV Player Pro -> Tools
Simply copy the whole info into this thread. You don’t need to worry about your information, we won’t post any of it publicly.

Please notice: I’ve deactivated all plugins and switch to the standard theme, but the controlbar of the lightbox even doesn’t appear. Also notice, that I always get the error message:
“It appears there are no Flowplayer scripts on your site, your videos might not be playing, please check. Check your template’s header.php file if it contains wp_head() function call and footer.php should contain wp_footer()!
It appears there are no jQuery library on your site, your videos might not be playing, please check.”

In this case, could you please check your template with our built-in tool?
Simply go to:
WP Admin dashboard -> Settings -> FV Player Pro-> Check template button on the top of the page.Thanks for amazing cooperation,

Sorry you are having so much trouble this is highly unusual.
Based on the error message you are getting, there’s something very strange with your site, which goes well beyond FV Player.

If you’d like further help on this issue, I’m afraid you’ll have to pick up a pro support incident. Not for the support with FV Player but with the support to troubleshoot your basic underlying site. We sold you a software license for a video player, not unlimited WordPress troubleshooting.
