Most of my videos are hosted on Youtube. I notice that after playing 2 or 3 videos it stops playing them and throws up that error (in pic). If I clear site cache it will resume. (I am already logged into Youtube). This is on any of my player pages – https://dcdouglas.com/actor-film-television-videos-demo-reel/

I did not run into this issue, but it seems YouTube might be sometimes showing that error message to avoid video downloading:
Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot
Please see if you are still getting blocked. Then try disabling the “Use YouTube Cookies” setting in wp-admin -> FV Player -> Settings -> Hosting.

I figured this out. It does this when someone is on a VPN. I assume no workaround for that?

Yes, it’s very frustrating. Alphabet/YouTube are doing everything they can to shut down free YouTube without ads. In this case, the squeeze is to prevent VPN users from being able to watch YouTube except on YouTube (where YouTube may force ads or stop video playback).
I’d suggest using an alternative web host where possible.
